I am the sole provider and director for By your Side Services, a childcare service that provides research backed guidance that help families, infants and toddlers recognize current strengths and utilize the latter to reach emerging skills.

Pauline is committed to providing safe, reliable, and developmentally sound childcare for the Norfolk, Middlesex and Suffolk counties in Massachusetts.  

My work through Early Intervention provided me the privilege to support families with infants or toddlers below 3 that qualified for developmental intervention via referral. 

I'v had the opportunity to complete the first half of the Brazelton Institute NBO program that equipped me with observing newborns behavior as communication.
